Benchmark LDS provides responsive and precise land surveying services and utilizes the most up to date field and office survey equipment and computer-aided design.
Benchmark uses high accuracy equipment, Total Stations with Trimble TSC7 data collectors, Trimble S5 Total Station and Trimble R12i GPS systems. In the office we use AutoCAD, and Carlson CAD Software along with several 3D rendering software.
From property stakeouts and final surveys to foundation locations and access lines, our services are flexible and we cater to the needs of the client and the scope of the project.
